Our Classes

Boxing

Join our Boxing Class designed for all skill levels! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, you'll learn essential techniques like footwork and various punching styles. Our program focuses on improving your strength, speed, and stamina through dynamic conditioning exercises. 


Led by experienced trainers, each session features energizing drills, including shadowboxing and bag work, all set to motivating music to keep you pumped. Come train with us and elevate your boxing skills!

Women's Kickboxing

Unleash your inner strength with our dynamic Women's Kickboxing Class! Designed to empower and energize participants of all skill levels, this high-intensity workout combines cardio, self-defense techniques, and strength training for a truly unique experience. 


Not only will you boost your confidence while mastering kickboxing techniques, but you'll also burn calories and improve your fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Join us to challenge yourself, meet like-minded individuals!


Strength/Cardio Conditioning

Our personalized Strength and Conditioning coaching program is meticulously crafted to help individuals unlock their athletic potential by boosting strength, endurance, and overall performance. Our certified coaches conduct comprehensive one-on-one assessments to develop customized training plans tailored to your specific goals and needs. 


These plans incorporate a variety of resistance training, functional movements, and conditioning exercises, ensuring a well-rounded approach to your fitness.

Tiny Titans

Where little athletes grow big confidence.

The Tiny Titans Membership gives your child access to both Lil Champs (fitness & sports rec) and Lil Strikers (intro to boxing) — two high-energy classes designed to build strength, focus, and coordination through movement and fun.

- Ages 5–9
- Includes unlimited weekly classes
- No experience needed — just big energy!
