Iron Fist is an excellent boxing gym for both beginners and experienced boxers. It's definitely worth checking out. Coach Jay is incredibly kind and always ready to assist. They genuinely care about you and your fitness goals. If you're interested in picking up a new hobby or learning self-defense, this is the place to go.

This gym is a hidden gem. Even if you don’t do one on one, the classes are so small that the coaches you work with will have time to really focus and work with you. The coaches are amazing with teaching technique and overall great people. This place is the vibe & looking forward to continue working for my own personal growth!

Everything about this gym is great from the coaches to the equipment! They really take their time & make sure you’re performing to the best of your ability while also pushing you past what you already know. Highly recommend!
