We proudly offer women-only classes through BoxHER, including boxing, kickboxing, and no-gi grappling + judo— creating a supportive, no-nonsense environment for women to grow stronger and more confident.

Class Schedule

Monday

Youth Boxing (Ages 8-15)

6:00pm - 7:00pm

Our Youth Boxing program is designed to empower young athletes through the fundamentals of boxing in a safe, structured, and high-energy environment.

  • Learn real boxing skills
  • Stay active and engaged
  • Build discipline and emotional control
  • Gain confidence in and out of the gym

No experience needed. Gloves provided.

Let them sweat, grow, and have a blast doing it.

BoxHER: Women's Kickboxing

7:00pm - 8:00pm

Start by learning the fundamentals of kickboxing and gradually progress to more advanced techniques and combinations. Our supportive and fun environment ensures that participants of all skill levels can build confidence, improve fitness, and master their skills alongside fellow women.

Boxing - Movement

8:00pm - 9:00pm

Join us for our Precision Footwork & Movement Boxing Class, where we dive deep into the art of movement essential for both offensive and defensive strategies in the ring. Designed for all levels, this class emphasizes the foundational aspects of footwork that every boxer must master to enhance their performance and positional advantage.


Tuesday

BoxHER: Women's Boxing Fundamentals

5:00p - 6:00p

BOXHER Fundamentals is a 60-minute class designed to help you build skill, confidence, and body awareness—whether you're new to boxing or getting back into it after time away.

You’ll learn:

  • Footwork that improves balance and movement
  • Defensive techniques to help you stay protected and in control
  • Proper form on punches—jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts
  • Partner and solo drills to reinforce safe, effective technique

This class lays the foundation for everything that comes next in your boxing journey. 

Youth Kickboxing (Ages 8-15)

6:00p - 7:00p

Our Youth Kickboxing program teaches kids the fundamentals of striking, footwork, and defense in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Each class builds:

  • Confidence & Discipline
  • Strength & Agility
  • Focus & Respect

Perfect for beginners or young athletes looking to stay active, learn new skills, and grow both physically and mentally. No experience needed — equipment available.

BoxHER: Women's Grappling + Judo

7:00p - 8:00p

Step onto the mats with confidence. This class blends the throws and control of judo with the positional strategy of no-gi grappling — designed exclusively for women.

Learn how to:

  • Break falls safely and build body awareness
  • Apply practical takedowns and sweeps
  • Control positions on the ground with leverage (not strength)
  • Develop resilience, confidence, and trust in your training partners

No experience needed — just a willingness to move, learn, and grow in a supportive women-only environment. 

Boxing - Defense

8:00p - 9:00p

Unleash your potential with our all-level boxing class every Tuesday, specifically tailored for those looking to enhance their defensive skills! In this interactive session you'll learn critical defensive techniques!


Wednesday

Whether you're just past the beginner phase or looking to sharpen your timing and variety—this class levels you up with strategy, rhythm, and control.

Boxing - Applied Striking

8:00p - 9:00p

Start with footwork-based warmups like shuffles, hops, and movement drills to get the body activated. From there, they rotate between bag work and mitts with the coach, focusing on striking with movement and precision. Partner drills are added in to build timing, coordination, and real-time awareness.

To close class, students have the option to spar in a safe, controlled environment — applying what they’ve learned against a live partner. Sparring is completely optional.


Friday

Boxing - Technical Drills

6:00p - 7:00p

In Friday's class, we'll bring together everything you've learned throughout the week in our all-levels sessions! Get ready to apply your skills in practical technical 'touch sparring' drills with your partner, focusing on movement, defense, and combinations. This session will allow you to refine your techniques in a controlled environment, enhancing your comfort and confidence while sparring. Join us for a fun and engaging way to solidify your knowledge and improve your boxing abilities!


Saturday

Boxing Conditioning

9:00a - 10:00a

Join our no-contact boxing class to torch calories and boost your cardio conditioning! In this energizing session, you'll focus on executing combinations on bags and mitts, allowing you to improve your technique while getting a full-body workout. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class emphasizes fun and intensity without sparring, helping you build endurance and strength while enjoying the rhythm of boxing. Don't miss out on this opportunity to sweat it out and elevate your fitness!

BoxHER: Women's Kickboxing Conditioning

10:00a - 11:00a

Get ready to unleash your inner warrior and transform your body with our high-intensity No Contact Kickboxing Conditioning class. This dynamic and engaging class combines the physical demands of kickboxing with the mental toughness of martial arts training to leave you feeling empowered, focused, andphysically strong.

In this class you'll participate in a 60-minute workout that will challenge your cardiovascular endurance, agility, and coordination. Our instructor will guide you through a series 


Sunday

Strike First Skills/Drills & Sparring

11:00a - 12:00p

Join our community sparring sessions for $5 drop-in, where you'll have the chance to engage with others in a supportive environment that prioritizes safety! Leave your egos at the door and come ready to discover your strengths and opportunities through sparring. These sessions provide a controlled atmosphere for learning and growth, allowing you to refine your skills while connecting with fellow enthusiasts. 

*Minimum 6 months combat sports experience recommended

Mouthguard required.
